We are looking for a Growth Executive to join our expanding growth team, which works on full-funnel optimization. This is an exciting role at a growth-stage startup where every day is a new adventure. For hustlers early in their careers, such roles enable them to grow the fastest in the shortest possible time.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned growth metrics to achieve the set targets
• Plan and execute experiments and activities to optimize for the assigned growth metrics
• Create and maintain systems and processes to ensure smooth growth operations
• Set up data flows, reports, and dashboards
• Work with other marketing team members to ensure that they have the required support from a growth perspective
• Be in touch with the latest industry updates and implement the best practices for Suraasa

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in growth roles
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and marketing suites like Hubspot, WebEngage etc
• Sound understanding of marketing analytics
• Obsessed with communication
• Common sense
• Non-zero-sum Mindset
• High curiosity - willingness to fail and learn as many times as it takes
• Strong team collaboration skills

• Good to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Psychology/Mass Comm
