**Job Title: Growth Executive – Founders' Office**

**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Yearly Performance-Based Incentives

### **About the Role:**

Are you passionate about marketing, creative design, and data-driven growth strategies? We are looking for a proactive **Growth Executive** to work closely with the Founders' Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in scaling a brand while playing a direct role in key decision-making processes.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* **Marketing Content Creation:** Design and develop marketing materials using **Canva** and other tools to support various campaigns and brand initiatives.

* **Customer Communication:** Engage with existing and potential customers regularly to maintain relationships and gather insights.

* **Data & Conversion Tracking:** Monitor key performance metrics, campaign results, and conversion data to optimize strategies.

* **Marketing Playbook Development:** Assist in creating a detailed **Marketing Manual** to streamline future marketing and communication efforts.

### **Key Requirements:**

* Strong understanding and interest in **Marketing and Brand Communication**

* Proficiency in **Canva** and basic design principles

* Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and customer engagement strategies

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn

* Comfortable working directly with founders and in a fast-paced environment
