Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Merchant Acquisition: Growth Executive (GE) is expected to onboard new merchants in the geography allocated to the incumbent. The GE must use her/his acumen and understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem to come up with holistic solutions for the key accounts Account Management: Onboarding merchants on the platform is the first stage of a long-term relationship between company 's and the account. The strength of these relationships, combined with our technology based solutions, will eventually determine the success in each market when the revenue numbers will be evaluated. GE's task is to develop such a deep understanding and hold over each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task to even enter the account Inventory Management: With Account Management, it is important for a GE to have control on the store inventory. Closely working with the store owners to understand the demand and manage inventory accordingly. Procurement or right SKUs is the key Store Operations & Coverage: Setting up the store for offline and online sales is another key role. Store metrics would decide the set up. Also, coverage across categories in the assigned area is the key to the role
