Role Overview

This is not a performance marketing role.

B2B SaaS demand generation role

  • Build and execute

    account-based marketing (ABM) strategies

    for enterprise clients.
  • Generate

    qualified pipeline for ₹40L+ ACV deals

    .
  • Enable founders and sales in

    CXO-level conversations

    with strong GTM collateral.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Demand Generation

  • Own

    pipeline creation

    by executing ABM campaigns across priority verticals (Ecom, Retail, Logistics, Power, Supply Chain).
  • Build lead funnels through

    targeted outreach, industry events, thought-leadership campaigns

    .

GTM & Sales Enablement

  • Craft

    sector-specific value propositions, decks, proposals, and case studies

    that resonate with CXOs.
  • Partner with founders to drive

    enterprise pursuits (₹40L+ ACV opportunities)

    .

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points.
  • Refine GTM narratives and help shape DoD’s enterprise positioning.

Brand & Ecosystem Presence

  • Represent Humanli.ai at

    conferences, policy dialogues, and partner forums

    .
  • Drive content initiatives (whitepapers, insights, reports) that establish category leadership.



Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years of experience in

    B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or GTM

    .
  • Proven track record of generating

    enterprise pipeline

    (not just digital leads).
  • Strong understanding of

    ABM, enterprise funnels, and SaaS marketing metrics (pipeline, CAC, ACV, ARR)

    .
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for

    CXO-level engagement

    .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in

    early-stage, build-from-scratch environments

    .
  • Exposure to

    E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Power, or Supply Chain

    is a plus.

(MBA a plus but not mandatory — we prioritise outcomes over degrees.)



Compensation

  • Fixed Salary:

    ₹15–20 LPA
  • Performance Bonus:

    Up to 30–40% of fixed, linked to

    qualified pipeline and revenue contribution

    .
  • ESOPs:

    Offered based on performance after 12 months.
