Beyond digital therapeutics, Tap Health’s Health Assistant assists users in primary symptom diagnosis based on their inputs and provides instant health advice through a seamless, voice-first experience. www.tap.health Role Overview: CRM & Retention Manager We’re hiring a CRM & Retention Manager to lead the evolution of Tap Health’s growth and retention infrastructure. You’ll own the marketing tech stack — including customer data platforms (CDPs), mobile measurement partners (MMPs), data management platforms (DMPs), and communication tools — ensuring seamless integration, automation, and personalization across the user journey. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and data, and will drive how we acquire, engage, and retain users at scale. This is not a traditional marketing role — you’ll operate as a product owner for growth tech systems, building, integrating, and scaling a full-stack MarTech engine. Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibility is to drive user growth and retention. To achieve this, you will own the following workstreams: Marketing Technology Ownership Own and manage the full MarTech stack including CDP, MMP, DMP, CRM, push/email platforms, and analytics integrations. Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools to support user acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns. Growth Funnel Optimization Set up and continuously refine funnel tracking, user attribution, and cohort performance through tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Segment, or Clevertap. Collaborate with marketing and engineering to improve conversion across onboarding, landing pages, and in-app journeys. Optimise Conversion: Refine onboarding, landing pages, and in-app flows in collaboration with design and engineering. Run A/B tests to boost signups and activation. Automation & Personalization Build automated campaigns (email, push, in-app, WhatsApp) using behavioral triggers and AI-driven segmentation. Automate Engagement: Set up AI-powered automation to nurture leads, increase activation, and improve retention at scale. Enable personalization at scale across user journeys using available first-party and behavioral data. Growth Partnerships Grow Through Partnerships: Support and manage strategic growth partnerships with doctors, wellness platforms, and employers to drive new user acquisition. Experimentation & Data-Driven Execution Run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, channel mix, and onboarding flows. Use insights to guide content, campaign logic, and tool configurations for acquisition and lifecycle campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ensure MarTech systems serve business goals and scale with growth. Support external growth initiatives with the right tech support and integrations. Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in a Product, MarTech, growth, or marketing operations role in a consumer tech. D2C or digital health startup. Hands-on experience with tools like Segment, MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, Posthog, or similar. Strong understanding of customer data infrastructure, attribution models, campaign automation, and retention systems. Comfort working with engineers and data teams to define APIs, events, and automation logic. Experience or interest in AI-powered campaign engines, predictive motivation, or behavioural segmentation is a plus.
