Role Overview

Growth Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy:
Design and implement customer acquisition and market expansion strategies.
Customer Acquisition:
Lead lead-generation campaigns, optimize funnels, and increase conversion rates.
Market Expansion:
Identify and capture opportunities across new segments and regions.
Data-Driven Execution:
Analyze metrics and refine strategies for scalable growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams.
Sustainable Growth:
Enhance customer retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in growth consulting, digital marketing, or business development (preferably tech/AI).
Proven track record in scaling startups and driving customer acquisition.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Skilled in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
Entrepreneurial, results-focused approach.

Nice to Have:

Experience in AI or SaaS startups.
Familiarity with product development in fast-paced environments.
