Role Overview As a Growth Consultant , you will design and execute strategies to accelerate user acquisition, expand market presence, and optimize customer retention. This role is critical in driving sustainable growth as we scale. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy: Design and implement customer acquisition and market expansion strategies. Customer Acquisition: Lead lead-generation campaigns, optimize funnels, and increase conversion rates. Market Expansion: Identify and capture opportunities across new segments and regions. Data-Driven Execution: Analyze metrics and refine strategies for scalable growth. Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams. Sustainable Growth: Enhance customer retention and lifetime value. Qualifications 3–5+ years in growth consulting, digital marketing, or business development (preferably tech/AI). Proven track record in scaling startups and driving customer acquisition. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Skilled in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Entrepreneurial, results-focused approach. Nice to Have: Experience in AI or SaaS startups. Familiarity with product development in fast-paced environments.
