What You’ll Do

• Manage

  branding & outreach

  across fast-moving platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord).
• Build and engage

  communities

  in performance marketing, esports/gaming, digital advertising, and influencer ecosystems.
• Drive

  hiring campaigns

  for developers, designers, and support teams through quick-turnaround community channels.
• Support

  content creation

  (social posts, hiring outreach, community updates, brand storytelling).
• Help design and maintain

  internal HR policies, onboarding, and documentation

  .
• Collaborate with the

  founding team

  on growth experiments, employer branding, and recruitment strategy.

Who You Are

• Trainee, intern, or early graduate

  with interest in

  HR, marketing, and startup ecosystems

  .
• Excellent

  English communication skills

  (written + spoken).
• Hands-on with

  Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord

  .
• Comfortable creating quick, clear, and brand-aligned

  social content

  .
• Eager to

  learn HR processes, startup management, and community building

  .
• Based in

  South Delhi / NCR

  and open to working

  on-site with the founding team

  .
