From implementing custom themes and content structures to optimizing Core Web Vitals, your work will directly impact our brand perception, lead generation, and SEO visibility. Expect to work closely with design, product, marketing, and the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain

  advanced WordPress environments

  with custom themes, CPTs, Gutenberg blocks, and tailored admin workflows.
• Integrate

  dynamic CMS modules

  to manage career pages, insights blog, press updates, and investor information with structured and reusable logic.
• Ensure

  high performance, speed, SEO hygiene, and security

  across all site instances.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to translate UI/UX mockups into responsive and accessible web pages.
• Optimize for

  Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema markup

  , and CDN/cache configurations.
• Integrate external services like

  analytics, form handling, newsletter tools,

  and possibly programmatic data widgets.
• Build scalable templates that can serve

  future multi-language and multi-site

  capabilities as the business expands globally.
• Stay updated with the

  latest WordPress releases, plugin standards, and security best practices

Qualifications – Full-Time Role

• 2–5 years of experience in

  custom WordPress development

  (not just theme editing).
• Strong knowledge of

  PHP, WordPress hooks, WP-CLI, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

  .
• Experience with

  ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), CPT UI, Gutenberg blocks

  , and performance tools like WP Rocket, Query Monitor, or similar.
• Familiarity with

  Git, CI/CD for WordPress, and local development workflows

  (e.g., LocalWP, Docker).
• Understanding of

  SEO basics, Google Search Console, Analytics, and site schema structures

• Bonus: Experience working with headless CMS or integrating REST APIs/GraphQL in WP environments.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science or Web Development with a strong interest in WordPress architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to build responsive sites or blogs using custom WordPress themes or block editors.
• Familiar with front-end development and eager to learn back-end workflows in WordPress.
• Passionate about website performance, user experience, and clean code practices.
• Willingness to grow into a full-stack or platform engineering role over time.
