Growth & Partnerships Associate

Key Responsibilities
growth, partnerships, user acquisition, and early sales
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and researching growth opportunities across partnerships, distribution channels, user segments, and geographies
- Driving
user acquisition initiatives
, including outbound outreach, ecosystem partnerships, events, pilots, and experiments - Supporting and executing
early sales motions
, including prospecting, discovery conversations, demos, follow-ups, and closing loops - Working on
scaling business operations
, helping design repeatable processes for partnerships, onboarding, and growth - Developing and managing strategic partnerships that can accelerate adoption and revenue
- Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform growth and sales strategy
- Collaborating closely with founders and internal teams to align growth, sales, and product priorities
- Preparing research briefs, internal strategy notes, and client-facing materials when needed
- Tracking results, learning from outcomes, and iterating quickly based on what works
This role requires comfort switching between strategy and hands-on execution, often within the same week.

- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, as well as project collaboration tools, to enhance efficiency.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and an understanding of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data processing is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
