Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strong knowledge of UK, Europe & Australian travel products, including destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
Establish and maintain contracts with international vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate competitive rates and secure the best possible deals to maximize profitability.
Manage end-to-end group bookings of all travel itinerary components.
Take full ownership of client's travel, handling them independently while providing support to teammates as needed.
Oversee and coordinate on-ground services remotely to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure complete client satisfaction by addressing needs, resolving issues, and maintaining service excellence.
Collaborate flexibly with colleagues to share workload and responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
2+ years
of experience in similar role.
Strong destination knowledge of products of UK, Europe and Australia
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in English both written & spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Quick thinking and a strong presence of mind.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
