MICE Operations & Contracting Manager (Domestic & International)

MICE Operations & Contracting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end
MICE operations management
from client inquiry, proposal, costing to execution and post-event closure.
Contracting & negotiation
with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transporters, and event vendors.
Prepare detailed
cost sheets, budgets, itineraries, and proposals
ensuring profitability.
Manage
on-ground event execution
, group movements, hotel check-ins, F&B, transfers, and logistics.
Act as the
single point of contact for corporate clients
and ensure high client satisfaction.
Handle
event documentation, travel details, billing, and post-event reporting
Manage contingencies, last-minute changes, and ensure smooth event delivery

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Event Management, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
