Role & responsibilities:

Maintain sales and promotion for products of UK, Europe, USA, Australia
Handle travel agent queries and provide customized itineraries based on requirements
Work on quotations and share revised pricing to stay competitive
Work closely with travel agents and ensure successful booking closures
Manage operations and back-office tasks efficiently
Generate sales and drive revenue growth for the company
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Collaborate flexibly with colleagues to share workload and responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile:

Strong destination knowledge of products of UK, Europe, USA, Australia
Proficiency in MS Office and basic tools for travel planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Quick thinking and a strong presence of mind.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
