Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and activities.
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, visa processes, and travel insurance.
Prepare detailed travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries tailored to client needs.Manage reservations, issue tickets, and make amendments or cancellations as required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destination updates, and industry regulations.Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.Collaborate with suppliers, tour operators, and partners to ensure high-quality service.Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.Qualifications & SkillsPrevious experience as a Travel Consultant or in the travel/hospitality industry preferred.Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel products, and booking systems (e.g., GDS, OTA platforms).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding travel experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
