Job Description Tele Sales Executive Company: Visit Smiles Travel Company About the Role: As a Tele Sales Executive at Visit Smiles Travel Company, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over calls, understanding their travel needs, and converting inquiries into successful bookings. The role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to offer real-time travel solutions. You will contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction by promoting flight, hotel, holiday, and other travel services offered by Visit Smiles. Key Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries to understand their travel requirements and convert them into bookings. Travel Product Promotion: Promote flight tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, bus/train tickets, and other travel-related services offered by Visit Smiles. Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, explain product offerings, and close sales by helping customers choose the best travel options. Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and courteously to ensure a positive brand experience. Understanding Customer Needs: Assess customer preferences, travel budgets, and destination plans to provide personalized travel recommendations. Daily Reporting & CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, bookings, and updates in CRM systems. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Cross-Selling & Upselling: Recommend add-ons such as insurance, seats, meals, and cross-sell other travel services. Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, complaints, and post-sale concerns promptly and professionally. Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, operations, and backend teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or BPO/voice process, preferably in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce. Education: Graduate in any discipline. A diploma in travel or tourism is an added advantage. Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages is an added benefit. Sales Skills: Persuasive, target-driven, and effective in closing sales. Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage objections professionally. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, travel booking platforms, and MS Office. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple calls and leads in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Problem Solving: Quick thinker with strong issue-resolution abilities. Team Spirit: Positive, enthusiastic, and supportive toward team goals.
