Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Leadership:

    Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, aligning solutions to business goals. 
  • Team Management:

    Lead, mentor, and optimize the performance of Account Managers and delivery teams. 
  • Commercial Ownership:

    Deliver on revenue and profitability targets; manage budgets, forecasts, and pricing decisions. 
  • Strategic Growth:

    Develop account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and drive long-term client success. 
  • Operational Excellence:

    Design and improve tech-enabled processes to ensure seamless delivery. 
  • Reporting & Insights:

    Track KPIs, deliver business reviews, and provide actionable insights to clients and leadership. 
  • Technical Expertise:

    Apply product knowledge to resolve complex issues and influence product development. 


What We’re Looking For


  • 8 - 10+ years’ experience in

    account management, client success, or program delivery

    (preferably SaaS/loyalty/incentives). 
  • Proven ability to manage

    senior client relationships

    and influence at leadership level. 
  • Strong

    project management

    skills handling large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Excellent

    financial acumen

    (budgeting, forecasting, profitability). 
  • Track record of

    managing teams

    , driving results, and mentoring talent. 
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
