Role Description: Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Expert We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team full-time at our Pune office. The role of Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Expert combines visual creativity with strategic digital expertise. This individual will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and executing design projects while also managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent brand representation across all channels, contribute to lead generation, and help drive business growth through compelling visuals and effective online strategies. Key Roles & Responsibilities Graphic Design Responsibilities: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, banners, advertisements, and presentations. Design logos, brand identity elements, product packaging, and marketing collateral. Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns. Stay updated on current design trends and best practices to deliver fresh and innovative work. Edit and retouch images for various campaigns as required. Digital Marketing Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. Conduct keyword research, SEO, and SEM activities to improve website traffic and search engine rankings. Analyze digital data and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and CRM activities. Collaborate on content strategy, including blog writing, video marketing, and influencer collaborations. Manage social media accounts, ensuring regular posting, audience engagement, and community management. Stay current on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies.
