About the Role:

Graphic & Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design visual assets such as brochures, banners, logos, coffee table books, newsletters, flyers, and corporate branding materials.
Create high-quality graphic and multimedia content (images and videos) for internal and external communication.
Conceptualize, capture, and edit video content, especially from key events and activities.
Design and maintain websites (new and existing), ensuring intuitive navigation, visual appeal, and performance.
Develop and test creative landing pages, interfaces, and animated layouts aligned with user experience best practices.
Implement the latest design trends and maintain consistency across all deliverables.
Ensure all designs are SEO-compliant and optimized for digital platforms.
Support desktop publishing and print production requirements.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Graphic & Video Tools:
Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, PageMaker, Canva, Animaker.
Web Design & Animation:
Dreamweaver, 2D & 3D animation, animation principles, storyboarding, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Platforms & Technologies:
WordPress, sound editing (e.g., Sound Forge), visualization and voice syncing tools.
Strong knowledge of user interface (UI) principles and browser compatibility.
Up-to-date with current design trends, digital tools, and best practices.

Candidate Profile:

Strong creative portfolio showcasing both print and digital projects.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
A keen eye for detail, strong visualization skills, and an innovative mindset.
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
