About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Graphic & Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical competence, and the ability to independently manage creative projects. You will contribute across both print and digital media , supporting branding, communication, and digital outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design visual assets such as brochures, banners, logos, coffee table books, newsletters, flyers, and corporate branding materials. Create high-quality graphic and multimedia content (images and videos) for internal and external communication. Conceptualize, capture, and edit video content, especially from key events and activities. Design and maintain websites (new and existing), ensuring intuitive navigation, visual appeal, and performance. Develop and test creative landing pages, interfaces, and animated layouts aligned with user experience best practices. Implement the latest design trends and maintain consistency across all deliverables. Ensure all designs are SEO-compliant and optimized for digital platforms. Programme & Proposal Development - Conceptualise programmes and develop high-quality CSR and development proposals aligned with partner requirements and statutory obligations. 3. Programme Design, Management & Execution - Design, plan, and execute projects in line with agreements, organisational priorities, and compliance requirements. Impact Measurement & Governance - Monitor, evaluate, and report programme outcomes with transparency. Conduct audits, reviews, and partner assessments to ensure quality, compliance, and effectiveness. 6. Communication, Reporting & Advocacy - Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and updates for Management, Boards, Donors, and Funding Agencies. Candidate Profile Education & Experience: MSW or Master’s/bachelor’s in agriculture or related specialisation, with 7–9 years’ experience in CSR leadership or development sector programme management. Capabilities: Proven expertise in end-to-end CSR programme design, execution, governance, and team management.
