Position Overview
We are looking for a
Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design
to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for a passionate and detail-oriented visual storyteller who thrives in fast-paced e-commerce environments. You will assist in conceptualizing and executing compelling design solutions across digital platforms, collaborating closely with senior creatives, marketers, and brand managers to ensure a cohesive visual identity across our portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution & Art Direction
- Support the Art Head and Senior Designers in translating brand strategy into high-impact visual design across e-commerce websites, social media, emailers, and packaging.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of UI/UX design systems to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Ensure visual consistency, usability, and design quality across all digital platforms.
UI/UX Design
- Contribute to user-centered design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs that are responsive and optimized for various devices.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to inform design decisions.
Brand & Design Consistency
- Maintain brand guidelines and apply them consistently across all creative outputs.
- Ensure that all visuals align with the intended tone, messaging, and identity of each brand under the creative pod.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to execute creative projects from concept through to delivery.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, original ideas.
- Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting to feedback and changes with a positive attitude.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or related fields.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on design experience, preferably in an e-commerce, digital agency, or creative studio setting.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and basic motion design or prototyping tools (Adobe XD, After Effects, etc.).
- UI/UX Skills: Strong understanding of responsive design, user flows, and accessibility best practices.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for layout, color, typography, and pixel-level perfection.
- Communication: Good visual and verbal communication skills to present and explain design decisions effectively.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of AI-driven design tools, Canva, Shopify platforms, or basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
