We are seeking a highly creative and talented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools, bringing a fresh and dynamic approach to our video content. This role involves creating compelling, high-quality videos that resonate with our audience and support our brands goals across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing and Production Edit raw footage into polished, captivating videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools to enhance the viewers experience. Use Canva and other design platforms to integrate graphics, titles, and thumbnails. Ensure each project aligns with our brand style, tone, and visual identity. Creative Storytelling and Concept Development Craft engaging visual stories that captivate and entertain while communicating key messages. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and shot lists. Experiment with styles, visual effects, and animation techniques to create innovative and memorable content. Motion Graphics and Animation Design and animate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video quality and viewer engagement using After Effects or similar software. Add lower-thirds, transitions, and other graphical elements to elevate storytelling and presentation. Content Optimization for Various Platforms Tailor videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.), optimizing formats, lengths, and content for each platforms unique audience and style. Stay informed on social media video trends, best practices, and evolving platform algorithms. Project Management and Collaboration Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Organize, label, and archive all video and media assets for efficient project turnaround and future use. Take and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance final products. Quality Control and Final Review Perform quality checks, including color correction, sound balancing, and visual consistency. Ensure all videos maintain a high production standard, reflecting our brand's professionalism and creativity. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years as a Video Editor with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility, creativity, and technical skill. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and other video editing tools. Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and resolution specifications for different platforms. Familiarity with color grading, audio editing, and visual effects. Creativity and Artistic Vision: Exceptional storytelling and visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and an innovative approach to video editing. Adaptability: Ability to adapt style and tone to meet various project goals, brand guidelines, and audience preferences. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills for working within a creative team, sharing ideas, and providing constructive feedback. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field. Familiarity with additional tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or DaVinci Resolve. Experience producing content for social media and understanding platform-specific editing techniques. Knowledge of digital marketing and branding principles.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Executive with 12 years of experience in client servicing within the signage and branding industry. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of various signage solutions, branding boards, and fabrication processes, along with the ability to manage and coordinate on-site teams. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates. Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end execution of signage projects – from planning to installation. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the design and production teams. Manage site visits, measurements, installation schedules, and ensure timely execution of projects. Supervise and coordinate with labour teams, vendors, and fabricators to ensure quality and timelines are maintained. Handle procurement and logistics related to signage materials and hardware. Maintain detailed documentation and project reports for all ongoing and completed projects. Troubleshoot any on-site issues and provide quick resolutions. Key Requirements: 1–2 years of proven experience in the signage, branding, or related industry. Strong client servicing and communication skills. Good understanding of signage types (ACP, Flex, Acrylic, LED, etc.) and installation methods. Ability to handle on-ground teams and manage labour/workforce. Willingness to travel for site visits and installations as required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic project tracking tools. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in any stream. Background in design/marketing/operations is a plus. Fluency in English and local language(s) for effective communication with clients and teams.
