Senior Graphic Designer Real Estate

creative and versatile Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  brochures, flyers, advertisements, hoardings, sales collaterals, and project branding materials

  for real estate projects.
• Create visually engaging

  social media creatives, UI/UX designs for websites & mobile apps, presentations, and digital campaigns

  .
• Develop

  motion graphics, animations, and promotional videos

  to enhance digital marketing campaigns.
• Work on

  logos, floor plans, elevation renders, and walkthrough creatives

  in collaboration with vendors when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across

  all online and offline platforms

  .
• Collaborate with the

  marketing and sales teams

  to deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Key Skills Required:

• Graphic Tools:

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel DRAW, Canva.

• Motion Graphics & Video Tools:

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (mandatory).

• UI/UX Design Tools:

  Figma, Adobe XD (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  color theory, typography, layouts, and branding

  .
• Creative visualization for

  real estate brochures, project branding, and digital campaigns as per latest trends.

• Ability to handle

  multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines

  .

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in

  Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field

  .
• Minimum

  5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer

  (preferably in Real Estate / Advertising / Marketing).
• A strong

  portfolio

  showcasing

  real estate projects, UI/UX design samples, and motion graphics work

  .

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Skilled in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects

  .
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in

  UI/UX design for websites, apps, or digital platforms

  .
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for design and willingness to explore new ideas.
