As a Senior Graphic Designer at our IT company, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs across digital and print media. Your role is crucial in translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that align with our brand identity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually impactful designs. - Design and deliver creative assets for various platforms. - Develop branding guidelines and ensure consistency in visual communication. - Own design projects from concept to execution. - Optimize designs for web, mobile, and social platforms. - Stay updated on design trends and technologies. - Ensure all deliverables meet technical and brand specifications. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in IT or tech-focused companies. - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work. - Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. - Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
