About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
• Translate market data and user feedback into actionable insights that inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor industry innovations and anticipate future market shifts to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
• Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through launch, growth, and iteration.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback continuously to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
• Implement innovative solutions that balance sustaining and disruptive innovations.
• Serve as a key liaison between engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and product discovery workshops to foster creativity and generate new ideas.
• Net Promoter Score (NPS) : Measure and improve customer satisfaction for your products.

Mandatory

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Basic understanding of coding/programming concepts (e.g., APIs, data structures).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with data analytics, capable of interpreting product metrics and user behavior data.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with design teams.

• Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
