Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Position Overview

Derik Motor Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven professional to lead the Automobile Service and Spare Parts Division across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workshop operations, effective spare parts management, and superior customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations

  • Oversee daily service and workshop operations across assigned branches.
  • Ensure adherence to OEM standards, service SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor job card management, service flow, TAT, and workshop productivity.
  • Conduct periodic audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support technical problem-solving and supervise complex repair cases.

Spare Parts Management

  • Manage spare parts planning, procurement, inventory control, and stock audits.
  • Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure timely availability of required parts.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and suppliers for procurement and pricing.
  • Track consumption, aging inventory, and implement cost-control measures.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure consistent achievement of customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention metrics.
  • Handle escalations professionally and oversee resolution of service-related concerns.
  • Implement customer follow-up processes and quality feedback mechanisms.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop service advisors, technicians, and spare parts staff.
  • Assign responsibility, monitor performance, and conduct periodic skill development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational guidelines, and company policies.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and review MIS reports for service performance, parts sales, and workshop revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, OEM audits, and internal policies.
  • Monitor operational costs, revenue generation, and profitability of service units.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma / BE in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in automobile service or spare parts management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair standards.
  • Proven experience managing multi-location service operations.
  • Proficiency in DMS, CRM software, and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
