Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Automobile Service and Spare Parts Division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in service operations, team leadership, customer handling, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the automobile service and spare parts departments.
• Drive service quality, productivity, and profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Plan and implement service marketing activities to achieve business targets.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, demand forecasting, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Lead and motivate the technical & service advisor team for achieving service excellence.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for service campaigns, warranty claims, and technical updates.
• Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company operational standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in automobile service or spare parts management, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of automobile systems, spare parts logistics, and service operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, handle pressure, and meet business goals.
• Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in DMS / ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
