Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum

  5–10 years

  of experience in Sales/Service roles, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
• Ability to analyze data, market trends, and make strategic decisions.
