Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Patna. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include managing daily operations, overseeing food and beverage service, hiring and training staff, and maintaining clear communication with team members and customers. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in Hiring and managing staff Strong Communication skills Knowledge of Food & Beverage service Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
