Job Responsibilities

• Lead overall dealership operations for Sales & Service.
• Drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Build, train, and mentor high-performing teams.
• Plan and execute sales & service strategies to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and automobile brand standards.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Sales/Service department.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales/service targets.
• Supervise staff performance and provide training where required.
• Maintain strong customer relations and handle escalations.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and retention.

• Support managers in achieving sales/service targets.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate between sales, service, and back-office teams.
• Assist in preparing reports and tracking performance.
• Focus on improving customer experience and loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5–15 years of automobile dealership experience (based on role).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
• Proven track record in achieving targets and managing teams.
• Knowledge of sales/service operations in the automobile industry is
