General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager – Real Estate to lead and oversee the full spectrum of our real estate operations, including property management, leasing, financial performance, tenant/stakeholder relations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, deliver superior results, and maximize the value of our real estate assets through proactive management and growth strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Ability to lead and motivate teams, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, legal requirements, and compliance standards.
