Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for the position of General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor the editorial and content teams, strategize and implement growth plans, and ensure the quality and consistency of published content. The role requires a mix of leadership, operational efficiency, and creative direction to drive the success of inetfreak while fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills Proficiency in content strategy, marketing, and digital media platforms Experience with editorial work, content curation, and team collaboration Solid understanding of analytics tools to measure performance and drive improvements Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Previous experience in media, blogging, or relevant fields is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
