Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Service and Spare Parts operations across assigned locations
• Improve service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts and maintain proper inventory control
• Lead, train, and motivate service teams to achieve performance targets
• Monitor workshop productivity, job quality, and compliance with OEM standards
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
• Implement cost control measures while maximizing profitability
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and OEMs for spare parts procurement
• Review service reports, spare parts sales, and performance metrics regularly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred
• 8 to 15 years of experience in automobile service or spare parts management
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, spare parts management, and customer service
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multi-location operations
• Proven track record in achieving service and sales targets
