Job Description

Role Objective:

To lead, plan, and execute the sales strategy for residential, commercial, and plotted real estate projects, ensuring revenue targets are met while building strong customer relationships and driving market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and booking targets.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities to expand business.
  • Ensure effective pricing, product positioning, and competitive analysis.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate a large sales team to deliver consistent performance.
  • Set sales targets for the team and monitor achievement through regular reviews.
  • Implement performance management systems to drive accountability.

3. Client Relationship & Customer Experience

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience from lead generation to post-sales support.
  • Address escalated customer concerns and provide quick resolutions.

4. Channel Partner & Broker Network Management

  • Develop and maintain a strong channel partner/broker network for sales.
  • Organize broker meets, events, and engagement programs to increase partner loyalty.

5. Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns, events, and promotional strategies.
  • Provide inputs on branding, digital marketing, and advertising to drive qualified leads.

6. Revenue & Reporting

  • Drive revenue generation, cash flows, and collections as per project timelines.
  • Prepare MIS, sales forecasts, competitor analysis, and management reports.
  • Monitor sales budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all sales transactions are in line with company policies and RERA regulations.
  • Oversee agreement execution, registration, and documentation process.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Market share growth in target segments.
  • Channel partner contribution to overall sales.
  • Customer satisfaction & referral business.
  • Sales team productivity and retention.
  • Collection efficiency and timely cash flow.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • 15–20 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving large-scale sales targets in residential/commercial real estate.
  • Strong network with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication & presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of real estate sales, pricing, and market trends.
  • Result-oriented with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
