Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and data-driven *Digital Marketing Executive* to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies in real estate who can manage agency partnerships, monitor lead quality, and support in planning project-specific campaigns. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and external digital marketing agencies to ensure performance-driven results for our residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies to manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.). Monitor *lead quality*, lead flow, and campaign performance across platforms. Analyze campaign reports (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI, etc.) and share insights with the sales and leadership team. Suggest improvements and *optimize marketing strategies* based on project location, TG, and sales funnel feedback. Work closely with the pre-sales team to ensure alignment between lead generation and lead nurturing. Stay updated with real estate marketing trends, digital innovations, and platform updates. Manage project listings across digital platforms (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, etc.) if needed. Assist in creating briefs for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies in coordination with the agency. *Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate industry preferred). Solid understanding of performance marketing and campaign metrics. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM platforms. *Preferred Skills:* Basic knowledge of SEO and social media marketing. Experience in handling digital marketing agencies. Familiarity with real estate CRM systems like Sell.Do, LeadSquared, or similar.

Role Objective: To lead, plan, and execute the sales strategy for residential, commercial, and plotted real estate projects, ensuring revenue targets are met while building strong customer relationships and driving market expansion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Business Development Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and booking targets. Provide inputs on branding, digital marketing, and advertising to drive qualified leads. 6. Revenue & Reporting Drive revenue generation, cash flows, and collections as per project timelines. Prepare MIS, sales forecasts, competitor analysis, and management reports. Monitor sales budgets and expenses to ensure profitability. 7. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all sales transactions are in line with company policies and RERA regulations. Oversee agreement execution, registration, and documentation process. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Market share growth in target segments. Channel partner contribution to overall sales. Customer satisfaction & referral business. Sales team productivity and retention. Collection efficiency and timely cash flow. Qualifications & Experience: MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent qualification. 15–20 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of achieving large-scale sales targets in residential/commercial real estate. Strong network with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills. Excellent communication & presentation abilities. Deep understanding of real estate sales, pricing, and market trends. Result-oriented with high levels of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
