Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Planning and Design Coordinator role located in Hyderabad. The Planning and Design Coordinator will oversee design management and coordination across projects, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to realization. Responsibilities include collaborating with architects and design professionals, managing project timelines and deliverables, reviewing submittals, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring adherence to project plans, design specifications, and quality standards.MUST HAVE HIGH RISE EXPERIENCE WITH MIVAN.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Management and Architecture, with a focus on turning concepts into actionable plans.
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Expertise in Project Management, including scheduling, organizing, and ensuring project deliverable timelines are met.
• Experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing Submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
