Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Finishing Engineer. The Finishing Engineer will oversee site activities, including managing and inspecting finishing works, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to project timelines. The role involves regular coordination with project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure the efficient completion of tasks. The Finishing Engineer will also handle quality checks, address troubleshooting issues on-site, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in finishing works, including painting, flooring, plastering, ceiling, and interior detailing
• Strong project management and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail and focus on ensuring high-quality standards in all aspects of work
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
• Experience in managing vendors, contractors, and workforce efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Relevant work experience in finishing projects, preferably in the residential or commercial real estate sector
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
