Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at the Elemental Village project at Patancheru in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining a database of leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects and leads. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently. Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team. Maintain accurate call logs, records, and reports of customer interactions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Qualifications: Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience in real estate or sales is a strong advantage.
