Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finishing Engineer, located in Hyderabad. The Finishing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that craftsmanship and materials meet company standards. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting work progress, managing finishing work schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.

• Proficiency in inspecting and managing finishing work
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing techniques
• Excellent coordination and project management skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
