Role Overview: As the General Manager Sales at Elite Edge, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies to drive revenue growth, and lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, and collaborating with the marketing team for lead generation. Additionally, you will be tasked with negotiating and closing high-value deals with clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurgaon.
