Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join Xpandr Ventures India Pvt. Ltd. as a General Manager Sales for The Hive, a dynamic flexible workspaces firm transforming commercial office spaces in India. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the business P&L, asset health, and customer experience for the region. Working directly with senior management, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the business and be part of a fast-paced, results-oriented team. Key Responsibility: - Own the regional P&L and lead the Sales function - Lead and manage a team of ambitious sales leads to drive business metrics - Develop relationships with corporate real estate heads, CXOs, and business leaders - Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop strategic marketing and sales plans - Engage with leads throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity validation to closure - Work with the finance team on reporting, collections, and client follow-ups - Actively work with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals - Own occupancy metrics and drive best-in-class customer experience Qualification Required: - MBA or equivalent Masters degree from a reputed Business School - 8+ years of sales/leasing experience in high growth companies - Experience in consultative sales across SaaS companies - Experience in leading high-growth teams - Skill sets including self-starter, ability to work under pressure, building client relationships, analytical skills - Interest in developing a career in the real estate industry Please note that the job offers an attractive remuneration package and requires immediate availability for a full-time position.,
