Desired Profile

  • Strong experience in

    end-to-end deal management

    in Commercial, Industrial, or Warehousing real estate.
  • Prior experience in

    business development roles

    within sectors such as

    3PL, Supply Chain

    , or

    Industrial Real Estate

    .
  • Proven ability to

    drive strategy through execution

    , build senior-level client relationships, and close high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Business Development Initiatives

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities across target industrial sectors (e.g., manufacturing, 3PL, supply chain).
  • Convert strategic leads into long-term partnerships with high-impact clients.

Client Relationship Building

  • Partner with regional leasing heads to strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Engage referral clients and key industry stakeholders to expand the business pipeline.

Market Research & Prospecting

  • Proactively identify, research, and qualify leads through structured outreach, networking, and database mining.
  • Leverage data provided by marketing and leadership to prioritize high-potential accounts.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong connects with industry influencers, government bodies (IDC CEOs, Industry Commissioners), and trade associations.
  • Attend sector-focused conferences and events to promote IndoSpace and generate leads.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, lead status, and client data in the CRM system.
  • Provide monthly reports on lead generation, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status.

Success Metrics / Key Deliverables

  1. Revenue / Square Foot Achievement

    – Target vs. Actual
  2. Deal Conversion Ratio

    – New Leads to Closed Deals
