TheS2P Adminwill be a part of a globalS2P Admin teamfor Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Capability Center (KCC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KCC rapidly scales up its operations in India, its employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Capability Center (KCC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees. Understanding of business processes for countries / locations using Coupa.Manages Content groups, Account security groups, Chart of accounts, Ship-To / Bill-To addresses, Approval groups, new custom fields etc. in CoupaManage user access/issues. Adding /deleting/ updating users accessResolve Compass tickets according to Compass priorities/ Operational Level Agreement (OLA)Cooperation with 2nd line support (IT Admin) for all technical issue related to CoupaContact with Coupa support team for all technical issue/ questions/ problems related to Coupa. Support issue resolution in CoupaPrepare Admin-specific reports as and when required.Participate in Coupa releases/ to go through the release notes to see if there are any changes that affect our business work flow or integrationActive participation in Coupa training and webinar/ create working instruction for issues and process/ update if needed.Proactively Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation using Coupa's features and communicate to relevant groups
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Candidate Should have Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.Candidate should have 6+ years of overall and 4+ years of relevant experience in Coupa Administration.Fluent written and spoken EnglishExcellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Flexibility and good interpersonal skillsGood organizational skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and use technology to improve the efficiencyAbility to work within tight deadlines and attention to details.Experience in integrating Coupa with ERP and other edge applications.What Will Put You AheadKnowledge on Invoice to Pay process.Experience with EAM ( Enterprise Assets Management)Ready to work in Shift timings to support US time zone.
