Global Head CREM and Head of Procurement

• This position is responsible for leading strategic and operational delivery of Corporate Real Estate Management for all Allianz Services locations globally and Local Procurement Function for Allianz Services India
• Responsible for CREM strategy and govern the portfolio across 8+ countries for Allianz Services; align footprint with business demand, hybrid work, and governance requirements; define standards, KPIs, and decision rights under Global Operations and Organizational Management coordination, within COO domain
• This position will also be responsible for overseeing the procurement activities within in Allianz Services India and play a crucial role in driving efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness across both domains

Key Responsibilities

• Govern the lease lifecycle and transactions (site selection, negotiations, renewals/terminations, subleasing), ensuring favorable economics and compliance (e.g., legal/WoC, lease accounting/IFRS).

• Oversee budgets and the vendor ecosystem end-to-end (landlords, facilities, services), partnering with Procurement to manage spend, SLAs, performance dashboards, and risk/continuity plans.
• Orchestrate workplace and capital projects (space planning, fit-outs, moves, consolidations) together with local teams, ensuring health & safety, security, and ESG standards, ensuring insurance policies, deliver on time and on budget with minimal business disruption.
• Run data, controls, and reporting: maintain a global CRE repository (sites, contracts, costs, key dates), enforce controls and segregation of duties, and provide executive reporting with audit-ready evidence.
•  Partner with locations and cross-functional safeguarding teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient CREM operations aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Ensure all facilities and procurement activities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and Allianz's Group strandards and functional rules.
• Lead Procurement Function for India including all procurement Operations and Strategies ,Sourcing , Purchasing and Supplier management
• Develop and implement long-term strategies for CREM & Procurement, including sustainability initiatives and cost optimization
