Head - Indirect Procurement

• Develop and implement category strategies across indirect spend areas aligned with business goals.
• Drive sourcing initiatives, RFPs/RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Identify and deliver cost savings, process efficiencies, and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance, Admin, Legal) to understand needs and ensure procurement adds strategic value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate and manage enterprise-level contracts, including SLAs, renewals, and compliance tracking.
• Ensure supplier performance is monitored and improved through KPIs and periodic reviews.
• Manage supplier risk, performance, and diversity initiatives.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to corporate governance, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain transparent records for audit readiness and reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to manage contractual, financial, and compliance risks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement operations.
• Drive adoption of e-procurement tools, spend analytics, and automation technologies.
• Leverage data insights to enhance decision-making and procurement efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals across categories.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on spend optimization and supplier strategy.
• Champion sustainability, ESG, and responsible sourcing initiatives.
