Designation- Manager-Agricultural Extension Job Description - Field Operations Assist for Planning organic farming projects with budgets and expenses for the production of residue free traceable crop commodities. Identify Land for establishing Demo Farms across our Project locations. Prepare a Demo Field plan for each of the locations and an execution plan. Spearhead the execution of the plan. Impart training to the employees and to the farmers, on a regular basis. Assist in developing crop and location specific package of practices for different crops.
