Who we are Looking for

multi-skilled professional

finance, labour law, taxation, and cross-border compliance


Key Responsibilities


1. Finance & Accounting

  • Oversee

    day-to-day financial operations

    (invoicing, vendor payments, reimbursements).
  • Manage

    accounts payable/receivable

    and monthly reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze

    financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    GST, TDS, Income Tax filings

    in India.
  • Support

    international financial reporting

    and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP where applicable).
  • Liaise with auditors, accountants, and external financial consultants.


2. Payroll Management (National & International)

  • Manage

    end-to-end payroll processing

    for India and international employees/contractors.
  • Handle

    onboarding documentation

    , employment contracts, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure

    PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labour Law compliance

    in India.
  • Oversee

    cross-border payroll systems

    (US, UK, MEA, SEA, Australia preferred).
  • Administer

    employee tax management

    , deductions, and filings.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records for

    audit and compliance readiness

    .


3. Legal and Compliance

  • Draft, review, and manage

    employment agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and MoUs

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    Labour Laws, Company Law, and Data Protection laws

    (India + international).
  • Stay updated on

    regulatory changes

    in tax, payroll, and compliance.
  • Manage

    cross-border compliance

    : double-taxation treaties, contractor vs. employee classification, and permanent establishment risks.
  • Liaise with

    external legal advisors and authorities

    as required.
  • Support

    company secretarial compliance

    (ROC filings, board resolutions, documentation).


You must have

  • 2–4 years

    of combined experience in

    Finance, Payroll, and Legal Compliance

    .
  • Solid knowledge of

    Indian taxation, labour laws, and corporate law compliance

    .
  • Exposure to

    international payroll, taxation, and legal frameworks

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Excel, Zoho Books/Payroll, QuickBooks, or equivalent tools

    .
  • Experience with

    contracts, legal drafting, and compliance advisory

    .
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • High integrity when handling

    confidential financial and legal data

    .
  • Excellent

    English communication skills

    to coordinate with global stakeholders.
  • Startup mindset:

    ownership, adaptability, problem-solving

    .


Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related fields.
  • Preferred

    : CA/CS pursuing, MBA Finance/HR, or Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Laws / Payroll Management.
  • Certifications in

    International Taxation, Compliance, or Global Payroll

    are a plus.
