Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Gift Shop manager in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and optimize product displays.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing retail stores or similar environments, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software applications.
Familiarity with customer relationship management principles and practices.
