Qualifications & Skills: Experience : 5+ years in sales or business development, preferably in the advertising or media industry. Knowledge : Strong understanding of outdoor media formats (billboards, transit ads, digital OOH, etc.) and advertising industry dynamics. Skills : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
