Genesys Cloud CX with Genesys Dialog Engine (GDE) or Genesys DXBot and NLP development using Genesys AI toolsExperience in building Conversational IVR, chatbots, and voicebotsIntegration with third-party NLP engines like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM WatsonStrong knowledge of Genesys Architect Flows and call routingHands-on experience with Bot Flows, Intents, Slot Filling, and Training datasetsPython/JavaScript for custom logic in bot integrationsREST APIs for system integrationsExperience with Google Cloud/AWS for deploying AI servicesKnowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) APIsExperience with CRM and backend integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)Skills:
