With our head office based in New Delhi, we are strategically positioned to serve the entire nation. Mount Spring Beverages: Redefining hydration, one refreshing sip at a time. This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager located in New Delhi. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, hiring and leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets, establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, and negotiating and closing agreements with large customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and performing research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities. Collaborating with marketing executives to develop lead generation plans and ensuring the sales team stays motivated and focused on achieving targets are also key aspects of this role. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Strategy. Experience in Team Leadership, Team Management, and Performance Analysis is essential. Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills are crucial for building relationships and closing deals successfully. You should also possess the ability to Forecast Sales, Conduct Market Research, and Identify New Opportunities. Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications is required. A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets is highly valued. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is necessary, with an MBA being preferred.
